Mahatma Gandhi Rural Industrial Park ‘RIPA’
On the occasion of Mahatma Gandhi Jayanti on 2 October 2022, Chhattisgarh CM Bhupesh Baghel ji has launched the Mahatma Gandhi Rural Industrial Park ‘RIPA’ Scheme through video conferencing.
- In the first phase 300 Rural Industrial Parks have been done in various districts of the state.
- Only selected Gauthans of rural areas are being developed into Rural Industrial Parks.
- In the first phase, Two Gauthans in each development block are being developed into Rural Industrial Parks.
The Panchayat and Rural Development Department has been made the nodal department of Mahatma Gandhi Rural Industrial Park Yojana.
